Who runs this site
This website, gulshansempire.com, is operated by Vidastu Advisory, an independent real-estate advisory desk registered with UP-RERA as a real-estate agent (registration no. UPRERAAGT000309/01/2026). We are not the developer of any project described here. This site covers Gulshan Empire at Wave City, NH-24, Ghaziabad; the project's RERA registration is stated on its project pages. Developer creatives shown on this site are used with permission, for identification and reference.
What our enquiry forms collect
When you submit an enquiry form on this site, it sends your name and 10-digit mobile number, and where a form asks, the configuration you are interested in, the page you submitted from, the time of submission, standard campaign parameters if you arrived from an advertisement (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, and the Google click ID gclid), and the address of the referring page.
That is the complete list. The submission goes to our private lead sheet (a Google Sheet, received through a Google Apps Script endpoint) and is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell your details, share them with third-party marketers, or add you to mailing lists you did not ask for.
WhatsApp buttons on this site open a chat with our sales desk (+91 98114 05300) inside your own WhatsApp app, sometimes with a suggested first message already typed. Nothing is sent until you press send.
Cookies, storage and analytics
This site sets no analytics cookies and loads no advertising pixels. If you arrive from an advertisement, the campaign parameters in the page address are read at the moment you submit a form, and only then; they are not stored between visits.
Hosting
This site is served through Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser user agent, requested page) under its own privacy policy. We do not add server-side tracking of our own.
How long we keep enquiry data
Enquiry records stay in our lead sheet while the enquiry is live and for our own follow-up records afterwards. Write or message the desk and we will delete your record on request.
